Guided Futures is a transformative mentorship program designed to empower students with the tools, experiences, and support they need to excel academically and professionally. We believe that exposing youth to diverse opportunities helps them discover their talents, build confidence, and overcome challenges. Through mentorship and hands-on engagement, we guide students to reach their potential and positively impact their communities. We prioritize hiring recent college graduates and trade professionals as mentors, creating a dynamic cycle of inspiration and growth. Our program provides scholarships, stipends, and financial support opportunities to help reduce barriers and allow students to focus on their education and career development. Our program includes one-on-one mentorship, career-aligned internships, work-study opportunities, and personalized guidance to help students successfully navigate their educational and professional journeys. Guided Futures will establish dedicated spaces that serve as central hubs for education, mentorship, and career exploration. These environments will offer resources such as GED preparation, financial literacy workshops, and hands-on experiences in fields like music production, robotics, health sciences, and entrepreneurship. Guided Futures will also provide life-changing exposure opportunities, including site visits to leading organizations such as Netflix, Google, and Tesla. These experiences give students insight into potential career paths while equipping them with real-world skills in business, finance, and beyond. By addressing local educational challenges and offering comprehensive support, we aim to prepare students for successful and sustainable futures.
